Making its debut in 1950 the mass produced six string with just a single cutaway pine body bolt on maple neck and a lone repurposed lap steel pickup in the bridge position changed the guitar world forever. Can be glued back on. This pickup is a bit less twangy than the usual tele lead pickup and will offer you a clean chimey tone but with enough power in the low end for the pickup to not sound harsh.
